Founded in 1999, Shapiro & Company Architects, Inc. is a client-focused architectural firm with offices in Memphis and Nashville. Today, under the leadership of the founder Brad Shapiro and Senior Associate Dennis Mitchell, the firm’s portfolio has grown to include Custom Residential, Multi-Family and Traditional Neighborhood Development throughout the United States.

Shapiro & Company’s designs are influenced by the specific and unique needs of the client and the context of the environment. While working on projects that vary from a neighborhood design of town homes along a river to a family estate in the mountains, we are inspired by classically designed and well-proportioned vernacular architecture.
