After working fifteen years for a large, award winning, nationally recognized architectural firm, Brad Shapiro, with the support and encouragement of his client base, founded Shapiro & Company Architects, Inc. as a sole-proprietor in 1999. Today, guided by Brad and Associate Principal Dennis Mitchell's leadership, the firm's clientele has expanded with work including custom residential, multi-family and traditional neighborhood developments throughout the United States.

With offices in Memphis and Nashville, our team of architects, designers and associates provide a wide range of professional services tailored to meet our client's unique needs. Brad Shapiro, AIA and/or Dennis Mitchell, AIA are members of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board, American Institute of Architects, Congress for the New Urbanism and hold active State Architectural Licenses in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Indiana and Pennsylvania.
