Within this high-end gated, French County inspired community, Shapiro designed many of the custom homes but also worked with a builder to design a few select luxury market homes. These homes were designed with similar luxury amenities as the custom homes but the architect had to be sensitive to construction costs to be competitive and provide the builder with an overall well-thought-out cost effective design.
