Scarlet joined Shapiro & Co Architects with over two decades of experience in the AEC industry. She brings an extensive background in multiple disciplines, including accounting, business management, operations, and HR. Scarlet is passionate about growing creative businesses to the next level and promoting core values, teamwork, time management, and efficiency.

Scarlet thrives in a creative environment and brings her energetic personality to the table every day as well as southern delectables on occasion. Although her journey has taken her to NC, FL, MS, and KY, Scarlet is a born and raised Memphian and is happy to reconnect to her hometown.

When not working, you can find Scarlet downtown enjoying time with family, friends, and her pup Annabelle Grace.
