Kennesaw Farms is located on 300 acres in Gallatin, Tennessee, north of Nashville. Kennesaw Farms will be home to 137 townhome units and 132 cottages. The developers have asked Shapiro & Company to be the town architects, as well as the designers of the single family detached cottages and townhomes. The builder's product line consists of eight cottage plans ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet, with multiple options and various elevations. Architectural styles included in the line are; Greek Revival, Georgian, Bungalow, Colonial, and French Country. The townhomes are comprised of three Shapiro & Company prototypes including; four-unit, five-unit, and six-unit building types designed with a Colonial or French County elevation.
