This house can be found in the Oak Hill neighborhood, which has a long-standing reputation. However, due to several additions over time, the floor plan became disorganized, causing inconvenience for modern living and obstructing easy access throughout the house. Our team revamped the design by creating interconnected living and kitchen spaces, adding a second floor to create separate bedroom suites, and converting the back area into a screened porch/game room that offers a view of the pool. With these changes, the house now has a more functional and accessible layout, providing the family with a comfortable living space and ample natural light.
