Oak Hill Renovation

This home is located in a well established neighborhood of Oak Hill. A series of additions over time led to a dysfunctional floor plan that was not conducive for modern living, nor did it provide clear access throughout the house. We reimagined the home with open living / kitchen spaces, separate bedroom suites by adding a second floor, and a rear area that was transformed into a screened porch / game room overlooking the pool. The home now has clear functionality and ease of access throughout the plan, granting the family leisurely living and plenty of natural light throughout.
