Tennessee River Retreat

This custom riverfront retreat was thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of its stunning Tennessee River setting. A nearly all-glass rear wall frames breathtaking views down the river bend, while tall vaulted ceilings, timber truss detailing, and an 8-foot-wide fireplace create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

A screened porch extends further into the property, offering guests panoramic views of the river in every direction. Both primary suites were carefully oriented to enjoy uninterrupted river views as well.

Inspired by elegant and charming lake houses, the design strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and warmth—a place where anyone can walk in and feel right at home. Every functional and aesthetic detail was tailored to meet the clients’ needs while maintaining visual harmony and beauty throughout.

Classic Southern elegance shines through with natural exterior materials such as board and batten siding, stonework, and cedar accents that seamlessly tie the home to its scenic surroundings.
