Reid Cullers

Director - Multi-Family Studio

Reid joined Shapiro & Company Architects in 2005. He has developed a knack for tackling the most challenging projects that come across the docket. As the Director of Multifamily Studio, Reid, designs affordable housing that feels luxurious and senior living that does not sacrifice beauty for accessibility. His design acumen does not end there. Reid also designs market-rate and high-end luxury housing that inspires and excites its tenants. Reid has managed nearly $1 Billion worth of Multifamily Construction and is experienced in keeping projects on time, within budget, and code compliant. 

Reid loves to spend time at the properties he designs after their completion to meet the tenants and gain feedback and understanding of how they interact with his designs on a day-to-day basis. His proudest moments come when he meets tenants whose lives have been positively affected by his design. When he is out of the office, Reid would like to say you can find him in a Dave Matthews Band concert crowd. However, it is far more likely he would be found at a cheerleading competition rooting on one of his daughters. 

Reid is an active participant in numerous national and regional building-related conferences and seminars. He is also an active member of the 55+ Housing Industry Council, Project Management Institute, and the West Tennessee Home Builders Association.
