Cost depends on the type of project, scope, materials, and plenty of other variables like location and builder.
Our team is here to fully explain and guide you through the entire process- so the best thing to do is schedule a quick initial meeting to get a better idea of your project and discuss general costs.
We are licensed all across the USA!
We currently hold licenses in: AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MS, MO, NC, NE, NV, OH, OK, TN, TX, VA, PA, and SC; but let us know if your state isn't listed- we will be happy to make it happen! We are members of NCARB (National Certified Architectural Registration Board), which gives us the ability to get licensed in any state if needed.
We do not sell the floorplans to any of our custom homes, nor do we have pre-made plans available for purchase. All of our homes are designed specifically for each of our clients as they are built around the family's lifestyle, site, and other factors.
We would love to create your perfect custom home, just reach out!
We do not make changes to outside floorplans. However, we welcome any elements and inspiration you want to incorporate into your dream home. Just reach out and we can get your custom process started!
All projects begin with an initial meeting. See our full process here.
Brad Shapiro personally leads design for every custom home and renovation project and remains highly involved throughout the entire process. As your project progresses, you'll also work with other talented members of our team who assist with technical drawings and documentation, but Brad remains the creative lead and guides every design decision.
