Client Goal Met:
Delivered a 310-unit luxury apartment community in Cordova, TN, strategically positioned to provide easy access to Memphis, Germantown, and Collierville. The 3-story buildings feature a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences, complemented by a full suite of resident amenities. The clubhouse, designed by our Interior Design studio, includes a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga area, shuffleboard, billiards, coffee station, kitchenette, pet spa, and business lounge with private meeting rooms, while the outdoor spaces feature a resort-style pool, sundeck, cabanas, and recreational game areas.
