Best in American Living Awards select Tillman Cove as 2025 Silver Award Recipient-- Residential Architects

The National Association of Home Builders hosted their annual Best in American Living Awards showcase, judging the top designs by residential architects from across the country.

At this year's showcase, as part of their International Builder's Show, Tillman Cove received yet another distinction, taking home a Silver Award, placing this project among the nation's most thoughtfully designed and impactful communities.

The vision for this community is credited to Elmington, whose leadership as developer and owner brought to life an innovative approach to site planning and architectural design. The development seamlessly connects to Memphis’ pedestrian Greenline — a major urban trail linking key city assets — reinforcing connectivity, walkability, and long-term community integration.
