Born in the Philippines and raised in Memphis, April developed an early appreciation for the arts that continues to shape her perspective today. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a concentration in Illustration from Memphis College of Art, grounding her work in both technical skill and expressive detail.

At Shapiro & Company Architects, April leads the firm’s visual communications, from architectural renderings to refined marketing materials. Her work plays a vital role in translating architectural vision into imagery that clients can see and feel — bridging imagination and reality with precision and beauty.
