Delivered an 82-unit luxury mixed-use community in the heart of Memphis’ Medical District—directly adjacent to one of the city’s largest hospitals—addressing the critical shortage of modern housing for healthcare professionals and medical staff. The project integrates structured resident parking, ground-floor commercial space, and high-amenity programming including a state-of-the-art fitness center, secure dog park, and controlled key-card access, creating a vertically integrated live-work environment tailored to the district’s workforce.
