Delivered a 329-unit luxury apartment community at 8200 McCrory in suburban Nashville, thoughtfully designed to respond to the site’s steep topography through three- and four-story building arrangements. The community offers a diverse unit mix, 70 one-bedroom, 133 two-bedroom, 98 three-bedroom, and 28 four-bedroom residences, alongside a dedicated Leasing & Clubhouse building and a resort-style pool, creating a full-service, amenity-rich living experience.
