Delivered a 250-unit luxury multifamily community designed to prioritize both active and passive outdoor courtyard spaces, enhancing tenant lifestyle and engagement. The four-story buildings, served by elevators, feature 1- and 2-bedroom residences with high-end finishes and conditioned corridors for comfortable access. Community gathering spaces include fitness rooms, yoga studios, an indoor golf simulator, and kitchen and bar areas, while the pool area is surrounded by lush landscaping, BBQ stations, and canvas-enclosed cabanas with TVs and refreshment centers.
