Client Goal Met:
Delivered a 110-unit multifamily community at Burkle & Main in an older edge of downtown Memphis, revitalizing the area through a modern interpretation of the district’s historic warehouses. The project includes three four-story apartment buildings with 2- and 3-bedroom units and eight duplexes featuring four elevations, each with 2 stories, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Amenities include a Leasing Office with common laundry and ground-floor commercial space, creating a vibrant, mixed-use environment.

Demonstrates the ability to revitalize underutilized urban areas through context-sensitive design, blending modern multifamily living with historic character—enhancing neighborhood vitality, supporting community engagement, and delivering quality housing within a walkable, mixed-use setting.
