Client Goal Met:
Selected to establish a comprehensive architectural vision for the Chapel Cove community, Shapiro & Company designed multiple luxury speculative homes ranging from 4,000 to over 5,000 square feet. Signature features include luxury master baths with private spa gardens, catering kitchens, multi-season porches with fireplaces, and pool-facing kitchens and media areas. Unique floor plans were developed for each lot to maximize privacy and natural light, delivering homes that are timeless yet modern and appealing to the high-end market. Additionally, Shapiro & Company provided ongoing design reviews for all builders in the community to maintain a cohesive architectural character throughout Chapel Cove.
