Partnered with Ivanhoe-Huntley to deliver over 350 townhomes and single-family homes within the 340-acre Cherry Hill Village TND, providing builder-ready designs that enabled a developer without prior TND experience to successfully execute a complex, multi-builder project. Created cohesive product lines that balanced market variety, streetscape consistency, and builder flexibility, supporting phased construction and long-term neighborhood appeal.
