Selected by Ivanhoe-Huntley, a third-generation builder responsible for over 40% of construction within the 340-acre Cherry Hill Village Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) in Canton Township, Michigan, to design their complete residential product line. Following a nationwide search for a firm with proven TND expertise, Shapiro & Company developed the builder’s full portfolio of speculative and semi-custom homes across four housing types—The Villages, The Cottages, The Manors, and The Estates—totaling more than 350 dwelling units.
