The development includes a leasing and clubhouse facility and leverages multiple local and federal incentives, including a Payment-In-Lieu-of-Taxes (PILOT) through the Health, Education, and Housing Facility Board of the City of Memphis and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) from the Tennessee Housing Development Authority.
