Established the architectural vision for a 22-lot infill residential community within a mature neighborhood, transforming a former underutilized church site into thoughtfully integrated housing. Shapiro & Company developed three distinct home plan types with multiple alternate front elevations, drawing inspiration from the neighborhood’s eclectic historic cottage architecture while ensuring compatibility with surrounding homes. Floor plans were designed to reflect contemporary living preferences while maintaining contextual architectural character.
