Delivered a 110-unit affordable apartment community composed of two four-story buildings, with the primary building positioned along the street to establish a strong urban edge while housing the leasing office and resident amenities. The development offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with architecture that bridges traditional and contemporary design to complement the surrounding context.
