Delivered a 310-unit luxury apartment community in Cordova, TN, strategically positioned to provide convenient access to Memphis, Germantown, and Collierville. The three-story buildings feature 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences, complemented by an expansive clubhouse and resident lounge with a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga area, shuffleboard, billiards, coffee station, kitchenette, pet spa, and business lounge with private meeting rooms. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool with sundeck, cabanas, and a recreational game area, creating a fully amenitized living environment.
