Client Goal Met:
Delivered a 200-unit luxury apartment community on Mud Island in downtown Memphis, TN, serving as the visual “front door” to the Harbor Town neighborhood. The development features a mix of townhomes, breezeway apartments, and walk-ups, carefully designed to maintain Harbor Town’s small-town character while maximizing views of the Mississippi River and downtown Memphis.
