Delivered Hermitage Flats, a 267-unit multifamily community on Old Hickory Blvd. in Hermitage, TN, thoughtfully designed across seven buildings to respond to steep site slopes and strict tree preservation requirements. The three- and four-story buildings include an integral Leasing Office and Clubhouse, with site access carefully engineered to connect to the primary street while maximizing visibility from the surrounding area.
