Designed a series of four-bedroom homes responding to narrow lot conditions through the integration of private side courtyards that enhance outdoor living and privacy. Primary living spaces—including open kitchen, dining, and family rooms—are oriented toward the courtyards, while minimal side windows reduce visual impact on adjacent homes. Each approximately 3,200-square-foot residence features a contemporary interpretation of the classic New Orleans Garden District architectural style, blending timeless character with modern functionality.
