Client Goal Met:
Delivered a 250-unit luxury apartment community in Collierville, TN, designed to create a “neighborhood” feel through pocket parks, linear tree groves, and a small lake. The buildings are styled to resemble townhomes while offering stacked-flat living, with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom unit configurations. Resident amenities include a clubhouse, fitness and yoga spaces, coffee cafés, business center, and an oversized pool with private cabanas equipped with TVs, loungers, and under-counter refrigerators.
