Client Goal Met:
Collaborated with the development team to shape the architectural vision for a 150-home infill community, integrating significant open space and pocket parks while honoring the character of the surrounding area. The streetscape features home styles inspired by Farmhouse, Craftsman, Colonial Revival, and English traditions, with both front-loaded and alley-loaded garages thoughtfully designed so that homes and porches, rather than garages, define the public realm. The master plan reflects a successful collaboration among the developer, City Planning, Alderman, Mayor, and local residents through multiple design presentations.
