SCOPE / COMPONENTS
Client Goal Met:
Collaborated with the development team to establish the architectural vision for a 150-home infill single-family community centered around significant open space and pocket parks. The streetscape draws inspiration from locally familiar architectural styles—including Farmhouse, Craftsman, Colonial Revival, and English traditions—creating a cohesive neighborhood identity. The master plan was shaped through close coordination with the developer, City Planning department, Alderman, Mayor, and local residents through multiple public design presentations. Homes feature both alley-loaded and front-loaded garages, with front-loaded designs incorporating deeply recessed garages to ensure porches and primary façades define the streetscape.
Why It Matters:
Demonstrates the ability to lead collaborative, community-driven infill development that balances municipal coordination, neighborhood context, and market expectations—creating timeless residential environments that feel established while delivering modern functionality and long-term neighborhood value.
