Client Goal Met:
Delivered Patterson Flats, a 195-unit apartment community in downtown Memphis, featuring a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. The project occupies a full city block and required rezoning to proceed. Three- and four-story building facades align with the streets to define the urban edge, while interior parking courts and on-street parking maintain a pedestrian-friendly, urban streetscape.

Demonstrates the ability to execute context-sensitive urban infill projects that balance density, streetscape definition, and functional parking—strengthening the downtown urban fabric and supporting sustainable, walkable community development.
