Robinson Flats

Client Goal Met:
Delivered Robinson Flats, a 196-unit Independent Senior Living community in Old Hickory, TN, comprising three main apartment buildings and 11 single-family homes. Two of the multifamily buildings are three stories, while one features a three/four-story split to respond to the site. An existing house on-site was converted into a clubhouse, offering amenities including a business center, salon, and fitness center to support active senior living.

Why It Matters:
Demonstrates the ability to design senior-focused communities that combine diverse housing types with thoughtfully integrated amenities—enhancing quality of life, fostering independence, and delivering functional, attractive residential environments tailored to an aging population.
