Delivered a 300-unit luxury multifamily community at the corner of Houston Levee and Walnut Grove, offering a diverse mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences across ten three-story residential buildings. The project integrates high-amenity programming including a 6,200-square-foot clubhouse with club rooms, private workspaces, a fitness center with dedicated yoga studio, and dog spas, alongside a resort-style pool with cabanas and grilling stations, pickleball courts, and a large dog park, creating an elevated living environment tailored to today's renter expectations. A defining design achievement is that 37% of units feature direct private garage access, a rare and highly sought-after configuration achieved through extensive design iteration to solve a challenge seldom delivered at this scale.
