Client Goal Met:
Selected by Gateway Village Development, Inc. to provide residential architectural services for a $75 million mixed-use development, delivering approximately 225 upscale townhomes and flats across 22 acres of the site. The flats, averaging 1,000 square feet, target the young professional market, while the two-story townhomes, around 2,400 square feet, offer multiple plan options for sale. Townhome amenities include nine-foot ceilings, eight-foot interior doors, granite countertops, high-end kitchen appliances, gas fireplaces, hardwood floors, and tall base and crown moldings throughout.

Demonstrates the ability to design high-quality, market-responsive residential communities within large-scale mixed-use developments—balancing architectural distinction, livability, and amenity-rich interiors to attract target demographics while supporting long-term value and neighborhood vitality.
