Shapiro & Company Interiors led the selection, procurement, and installation of all furnishings and furniture for the $130M historic conversion of the 735,000 sqft Butler Brothers Building, spanning an entire city block. The project transforms the historic industrial structure into modern apartments with extensive amenity spaces, a grand lobby, monumental stairs, office areas, courtyards, model units, and rooftop pool furnishings. All interior selections carefully balance the building’s historic character with a contemporary aesthetic appealing to both refined urban residents and eclectic downtown tenants.
