Tillman Cove Townhomes

Client Goal Met:
Delivered a 219-unit affordable housing community, including 25 townhomes, on a 9-acre site in Memphis with a yield of 25 units per acre. The community is directly connected to the City Wide Greenline, linking Midtown Memphis to Shelby Farms, and features four townhome plan types—including two- and three-story, 4-bedroom layouts—designed to provide quality, family-oriented housing. The project received the Tennessee Housing Development Authority’s Best Neighborhood Stabilization Award in 2022.
