Delivered Uptown East Apartments, a 160-unit affordable housing community developed through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program on a 4.39-acre site along Chelsea Avenue. The three-building multifamily development includes a mix of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments, along with resident amenities such as a fitness center and playground.

Why It Matters:
Uptown East Apartments demonstrates how thoughtful affordable multifamily housing design can balance architectural quality, resident needs, neighborhood context, and long-term financial sustainability. The project is also positioned to play a key role in neighborhood revitalization, bringing new investment to an area that has seen limited financial development in recent years.
