Delivered Uptown Flats, a 155-unit affordable LIHTC apartment community located at the intersection of N. Front Street and Saffarans Avenue, on a 3.4-acre site. The three-building community offers a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, complemented by resident amenities including a fitness center, business center, and laundry facilities.
