With decades of experience delivering multifamily and affordable housing across the country, Brad brings a steady, pragmatic perspective to complex developments. His role is to protect client interests when priorities compete, guide high-level coordination, and ensure that Shapiro & Company delivers with consistency and accountability from start to finish.
