Fiona Mathew, AIA, NCARB

Fiona leads design strategy and execution for complex multifamily projects, with a particular focus on aligning design quality with constructability, cost control, and long-term operations. Drawing from her experience within vertically integrated development organizations, she understands how architectural decisions affect financing, construction, and property management downstream.

She remains closely involved throughout schematic design, design development and construction documentation, actively coordinating across consultants and challenging assumptions to keep projects efficient and buildable. Fiona also plays a key role in guiding teams through regulatory and funding requirements typical of LIHTC and mixed-income developments.

Fiona ensures design decisions support both delivery and long-term performance.
