Since 2005, Reid has led the design of multifamily, senior, and affordable housing projects totaling more than $765 million in construction value, with $180 million currently in development. As Director of Multifamily Architecture, he provides senior technical oversight to ensure projects are code-compliant, buildable, and aligned with budget and schedule commitments.
Reid is deeply engaged in building code, accessibility, and construction detailing—mitigating entitlement risk, reducing field conflicts, and protecting pro forma performance. He serves as a technical resource to project teams, strengthening documentation quality and coordination across consultants and contractors.
Reid delivers disciplined execution, risk management, and accountability from early planning through completion.
